There is no knowledge inventory. This is a stunning omission for a society that intends – no, a society whose future is irrevocably dependent on it’s ability to innovate it’s way out of inevitable collapse. America does not know what Americans knows. Entrepreneurs do not know what knowledge is available to them. Markets do not know the supply and demand of knowledge assets.
