Social System Capitalism

We cannot have a rational discussion about the market capitalist system without also having a rational discussion about the social capitalist system. Yet, Social Capitalism is barely defined. Social capitalism is hidden behind command and control corporate systems and “intangibles” accounting. Is the Credit Score Archaic to Social Media?

If don’t need credit ratings for corporate bond issues, do they need credit ratings for people? What if all of these institutions adopt a social network based credit score? What would that look like? Social media by and large rewards high integrity and punishes low integrity.

I am writing a short series on the Banks of the past, present and future. Prediction what future of banking was the easiest piece. Identifying the current transition phase was a little tougher so I borrowed from another blogger’s post. Describing banking of the past was most difficult. Here is an example of what I’m talking about:

Meet The Social Mediator

A New “Social Media Card” is at the centerpiece of an integrated approach to marketing and promotion, whereby Social Media Campaigns work in concert with elaborate, interactive marketing websites hosted by a famous person (ie. Entertainer), place (ie. College/Sports Team), or thing (ie. Charity)…what we call an ‘Affinity Host’.
